The D-line and Ditelle devices we manufacture are mainly intended for professionals and students in the field. The users of the devices must have basic health education.
The purchased device includes device-specific user training at Diter Oy's premises. Additional trainings and trainings held at the customer's premises are charged separately.
The devices are supplied with instructions for use in Finnish and the necessary accessories.
When you buy a device for home use, you have the option of free user guidance at our premises.
For the devices and cosmetic products we import, the user manuals and product cards are available in Finnish and English. The INCI lists of professional cosmetics and consumer products can be found directly on the product packaging, which shows the active ingredients and purpose of use.

Warranty
All the devices we manufacture have a warranty issued by Diter Oy. The condition for the warranty to be valid is that the product is only used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
If a fault appears in the product you have purchased during the warranty period, you should contact our warranty service immediately.
The warranty period for resale devices and products depends on the manufacturer.
Pricing
The rights to price changes are reserved. In case of a pricing error, it is possible to notify the customer of a corrected price or to cancel the customer's order.
The prices of Diter Oy products and devices include VAT 24%.
Ordering
You can place an order or a request for a quote via our website, by e-mail, by phone or by coming to our company (Hallimestarinkatu 19, Kaarina).
The seller retains ownership of the products until the purchase price has been paid in full.
Order pick-up and delivery
Käytämme lähetyksissä PostNord- rahtipalvelua. Tilaus voidaan lähettää perille toimitettuna tai lähimpään noutopisteeseen.
- Rahtipalvelun hinta Ovelle -pakettina (MyPack Home) 23,00 € sis. alv 24%. Paketin painoraja 1,0 - 31,5 kg
- Palvelun hinta noutopisteeseen (MyPack Collect) 12,00 € sis. alv 24%. Paketin painoraja 0,15 - 20 kg
Pick-up order
If you want to send the device and/or accessories for maintenance, we can place a pick-up order for you through the PostNord service. The pick-up time varies by town and region, but as a rule, the pick-up takes place between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
For a pick-up order, we need to the following information in advance:
- contact persons name, phone number and email address
- pick-up address
- weight of the package
Once the information has been sent to us by email, we will make a pick-up order for the package. We receive shipping documents from the pick-up order, which we send to the e-mail address provided by the customer.
The return address label must be printed and taped/glued on the package to a visible place so that the barcode can be read. After this, the package is ready for pickup.
The device and/or accessories can also be delivered to us for maintenance by postal mail The price is determined according to the weight of the package.
Alternatively, you can deliver the device yourself to our premises during the opening hours.
Delivery costs are always added to the price unless agreed otherwise.
Unclaimed package
Jos pakettiasi ei noudeta ajoissa, perimme asiakkaalta 23,00 € sis. alv 24%, jolla korvataan käsittelykustannuksemme.
Delivery time
Small products are delivered within 1-3 business days of the order, if they are in stock.
The delivery time for the devices is 1-2 weeks. This delivery time does not apply to resale devices or products.
If the delivery is delayed, we try to notify the customer as soon as possible either by email or by phone. Diter Oy is not responsible for possible delivery delays by Itella/Matkahuolto or other shipping companies.
